As always, Julie was the consummate professional and represented us well. We had two offers before the listing went to MLS, one of which was the ultimate buyer. Julie handled all the details of the transaction including documentation, marketing materials, and staging the property to achieve its best value. We were always kept informed of the status of escrow, third-party matters, and the buyers’ completion of their aspects of the transaction.
