We’re new homeowners thanks to Julie! My husband and I had just moved to the San Diego area at the beginning of 2022 and found Julie through a friend’s referral, and we’re so glad we did especially in this crazy housing market! The real edge she knew was that in this current climate, the ability to provide free rent back to the seller was very important (even more than putting in a higher price) since many people needed time to move into their next home as well. And throughout the escrow process, Julie was incredibly on top of all the various moving steps, often texting us to make sure we had everything we needed. We really appreciated having Julie as our advocate throughout our homebuying journey and would definitely work with her again when we’re looking to sell/buy a new home!
