As out-of-town AND out-of-state buyers Julie did a fantastic job of 1. tailoring listing according to our feedback 2. staying within budget!!! 3. helping us navigate the local real estate waters 4. finding us the right home! In addition, we closed on the property virtually and Julie was there to help alleviate concerns and supervise walkthroughs and inspections. Thanks again Julie!
